Run by some friends of ours and always admiring of a bit of entrepreneurship, we thought we'd give Scratch a shout out. They are a small London food company making fresh meal kits, one box with all the fresh ingredients, chopped, washed and weighed and the instructions to cook your meal from scratch. Current meals available are Vegetable red thai curry , Moroccan chicken tagine and Crayfish, tomato and feta pasta. You can find them in the chiller cabinets at the  Sourced Market in Kings Cross St Pancras station, the Budgens in Crouch End, Budgens Belsize Park and the Grocery in Shoreditch.
