Im surprised i havnt put this little internet gem up for the masses yet. CHOW.com is a WONDERFUL website for chefs and newbies alike. Weather you cook like a god or can barley pick up a frying pan, there is a recipe in tehre for you. Its all sorted by difficulty and they often put up tips and interesting videos on common culinary mistakes people do called "You're Doing it all Wrong".
